Not every fellowship on this site is open to applicants from abroad and this one is a good example. Before you spend an evening on it, check one line: you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and the program does not sponsor visas.
If that describes you, read on. The Wisconsin Population Health Service Fellowship Program places new public health graduates in real jobs across the state for two years. The 2027-2029 cohort starts on 1 July 2027 and the application deadline is 10 January 2027.

Alongside the placement, the program teaches systems thinking, collaborative leadership, and ways to strengthen public health practice.
