Young student content creators who care about ethical storytelling, information integrity and responsible AI now have a focused opportunity. The i-SEA Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded month-long hybrid programme. It combines online learning with a funded week in Singapore.
The programme is organised by the Centre for Information Integrity and the Internet at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University. Partners include the Temasek Foundation and the NTU ASEAN China and India Mobility Fund. Forty fellows from the region will take part.

Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet these requirements:
- Age 18 to 25 if applying from outside Singapore. Singapore applicants may be 16 to 25.
- Citizen or resident of an eligible country in Southeast Asia, China or India
- Currently enrolled in a junior college, polytechnic, university or other post-secondary institution
- Obtain a nomination or endorsement from their educational institution
- Have at least 1000 followers on a social media platform
- Maintain a regular monthly posting history
- Be active on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or similar
- Be available to take part fully in the programme
